Can I see a size chart?

Sizes vary by style of shirt. Here is a general size chart but please note, the size chart is always the last image on any product in our shop. We also try to give realistic descriptions of sizing in the description. For example, Women's Flowy Tanks fit true to size/loosely, however our SlimFit tanks run small and we recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes. Spirit Jerseys are unisex, but are oversized so we recommend sizing down for a tighter fit.

Do you do Women's T-shirts? Youth shirts? Different Colors? V-Necks? Size 3X shirts?

YES! Please email us - we can customize our shirts to any style!

 

What shipping options are available?

We currently ship all packages USPS First Class (3-5 Business Day for delivery) or USPS Priority 2/3 Day if the weight requires. International mail is shipped USPS First Class in the US and the delivery method will vary once it has reached your country and cleared customs.

 

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $5 USD for shipping in the US. International is $12-15 USD.

Can I cancel my order?

Because our shop is handmade to order, we do not allow order cancellations. If you decide you'd like a different item instead, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to email us with your order number and questions/concerns. We will always do our best to serve our customer's need if we are made aware.

Do you allow returns or exchanges?

Returns/Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns. In the case of a sizing issue, please contact us within one week of delivery. In most cases we will allow an exchange for another size of the same design or store credit in the amount paid for the item. In the event of any return or exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If there is any defect or other issue with your product or delivery, we ask that you email us as soon as possible and we will try to make it right on a case by case basis.

Items not eligible for a return or refund:
- Any custom orders (ie: custom names or lettering)
- Gift Cards
- Any sample or item on sale marked as non-returnable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the event that goods are returned to us damaged or worn, we will only offer a partial refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What brand shirts do you use?

We typically use either Bella + Canvas, Tultex, or Anvil brands. If a certain color/size is unavailable and will not become available in a timely manner, we may supplement with another comparable brand. 

 

How are your shirts made?

Everything is made by using a commercial grade heat transfer process. This allows us to use vibrant colors and adjust the print size for the size of the shirt while keeping costs to the consumer down. Every item is handmade by us.

 

Do you have gift wrapping options?

All shirts are packaged in tissue paper and ribbon. As we approach the holiday season, we are exploring a gift wrap option.

 

How should I care for my shirt?

We recommend washing inside out with cold water on the delicate cycle. Dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do not bleach. If ironing, please cover the design with parchment paper.
